Introducing Dr. Casey DeBruyn
I'm an I-O psychologist with over18 years of experience across Fortune 1000 and mid-market organizations
Most organizations confidently solve the wrong problem.
The instinct is to fix. Something's off, so a program launches, a survey gets fielded, or a playbook comes off the shelf. What rarely happens first is a real look at what's actually going on, and how anyone would know. That's the work I do.
How it works
I start with research, not a playbook. Validated assessments, stakeholder interviews, and workforce data help me find the root cause instead of the visible symptom. Then I design the intervention that addresses it, built for your organization rather than adapted from someone else's. Sometimes the finding is that the problem isn't what you thought. That's usually the most valuable outcome.
What I look at
Where organizational goals and human behavior collide. Succession and what a company loses when a leader steps away. Whether the things we measure about people mean what we think they mean. Why change gets resisted, and what that resistance is telling you. How leadership capability actually develops rather than how the model says it should.
